What information do we collect?

Contact information for events via form. For example, email address, phone number, name, identification number.
We are collecting names of those who have been present at meetings held by the department or any committee.
Sometimes we may conduct surveys where we usually collect which program and year group you are studying.
We collect personal information because you are a member of the various committees. This information is collected by the committee that needs the information.

What do we use your information for?

When we collect your contact information for events, we use it to provide you with more information about the event, such as payment or other relevant information.

We may occasionally email you information about our section meetings, business relations and recruitment for various student activities. We do not have information about your email address, we use services provided by KTH to provide you with this information.

The information collected for membership in a committee is collected to provide the member with a better experience by receiving information and allowing the section to contact them.

We will keep your information securely for as long as we need to. For example, until the event is over or if we are required by law to keep the information. When we no longer need your information, it will be deleted.
